Saudi Arabia – In the service of anti-Islam forces

Since the establishment Saudi kingdom under the patronage of the British Foreign Office in 1932 – the Saudi ‘royal’ have been fulfilling the western agenda for which they were made the rulers of the center of Islam – which to keep the Muslims (Ummah) divided on sectarian basis and serve the western interests in making sure that no Muslim country challenges the western colonial powers especially the Zionist regime occupying once Muslim-majority Palestine under Ottoman empire and later under the British Mandate.

Why the British chose the Al-Saud family for this task? Mohammad Sakher in his booklet on Al-Saud family history wrote:

“In the year 851 A.H. a group of men from AL MASALEEKH CLAN, which was a branch of ANZA Tribe, formed a caravan for buying cereals (wheat and corn) and other food stuff from IRAQ, and transporting it back to NAJD. The head of that group was a man called SAHMI BIN HATHLOOL. The caravan reached BASRA, where the members of the group went to a cereal merchant who was a Jew, Called MORDAKHAI BIN IBRAHIM BIN MOSHE’. During their bargaining with that merchant, the Jew asked them : “Where are you from?” They answered: “From ANZA TRIBE; a clan of AL MASALEEKH.” Upon hearing that name, the Jew started to hug so affectionately each one of them saying that he, himself, was also from the clan of AL MASALEEKH, but he had come to reside in BASRA (IRAQ) in consequence to a family feud between his father and some members of ANZA Tribe”.

Since the discovery of oil reserves in 1931 – American oil groups and arms industries have been transferring the country’s wealth via several means. The Saudi-ARAMCO, the US oil consortuim has over 54,000 full-time western employees in Saudi Arabia. The company compound is a ‘state-within-state’ entity. It’s allowed to run night-clubs, cinemas, bars, porn shops and even church – some of the things banned in the rest of the country.

Saudi ‘royal’ are reported to have stashed over US$800 billion in the Western banks. However, Saudi Arabia’s largest investment in the West is the huge purchases of military hardware, which the Saudi forces are even unable to operate. Saudi Arabia, followed by UAE, is the largest buyer of western arms buyer among the 57-Muslim nation-states. During the last two decades – Riyadh has purchased arms worth more than US$200 billion.

Some of many other Saudi services to western causes include, US$60 billion to arm Saddam Hussein against Islamic Iran during 8-year war; US$10 million to Iran-Contra fiasco; US$1 billion to bring-in tens of thousands of Lebanese from the US, Canada and other foreign countries to help win the pro-USrael Hirari coalition in 2009 election against Hizbullah; giving Israel airforce permission to use Saudi space during the future Israeli airstrike against Islamic Republic and US$500 million latest funds allocation to destroy Hizbullah as military resistance against Israel.

The six largest arms suppliers during 2005-2009 were the United States, Russia, Germany, France, Britain and Israel – amounting to more than 80% od world’s total arms sale.

On September 12, 2010 – the pro-Israel Jewish-owned ‘Wall Street Journal’ reported that Barack Obama is to go ahead with plans to sell Saudi Arabia advanced aircraft and other weapons worth up to $60bn (£39bn), the biggest arms deal in US history, in a strategy of shoring up Gulf Arab allies to face any military threat from Islamic Iran.

According to the newspaper – Ben Obama administration is also in talks with the Saudis about possible naval and missile-defence upgrades that could be worth tens of billions of dollars more over five to 10 years.

Plans to go ahead with the package, which has been under secret negotiation since 2007, have been known for some time and have raised angry objections from Iran and to a lesser extent from Israel, an even closer US ally which is anxious to maintain its strategic edge over any potential adversary in the Middle East.

In its notification to Congress, the administration will authorise the Saudis to buy as many as 84 new F-15 fighters, upgrade 70 more, and purchase three different types of helicopters – 70 Apaches, 72 Black Hawks and 36 Little Birds, the Wall Street Journal reported. The package would be subject to a review by Congress.

According to earlier reports, the administration has already decided out of deference to the Israelis not to sell Saudi Arabia so-called stand-off systems, advanced long-range weapons that can be attached to F-15s for use in offensive operations.
